About LCMT

Movement Through Play

LCMT is a movement education system built
on play, exploration, and human connection.

Rather than teaching fixed techniques, we
create environments where people can learn, adapt, and discover movement
naturally.

We believe movement is not something to
memorize.

It is something to experience.

What Makes LCMT Different

WHY PLAY?

Play is one of the oldest and most natural
ways humans learn.

Through playful experiences, people develop
creativity, adaptability, resilience, coordination, and meaningful
relationships.

In a world increasingly shaped by
technology and artificial intelligence, play helps us reconnect with what makes
us human.

At LCMT, play is not simply recreation.

It is a powerful environment for learning,
growth, and transformation.

OUR APPROACH

LCMT is inspired by modern perspectives on
human learning and movement, including:

• Ecological Dynamics

• Complex Systems Theory

• Self-Organization

• Nonlinear Learning

• Embodied Learning

Rather than prescribing solutions, we
design environments that encourage exploration, interaction, and emergence.

Through carefully designed constraints,
tools, and playful challenges, participants discover movement for themselves
rather than being told how to move.

WHAT WE DO

LCMT creates experiences that bring
movement, learning, and connection together.

Our programs include:

• Movement Sessions

• Workshops & Seminars

• Instructor Training

• Corporate Programs

• Community Experiences

Our work supports coaches, educators,
trainers, therapists, facilitators, organizations, and individuals seeking a
more human-centered approach to movement and learning.

FOUNDER / HYUNBIN cHO

After more than 14 years as a yoga instructor and movement educator, Cho Hyunbin began questioning the limitations of conventional exercise methods.
Her journey through injury, recovery, and performance inspired a deeper exploration of biomechanics, physiology, breathing science, motor learning, and complex systems theory.
Through years of research and practice, she discovered that play is one of the most powerful ways humans learn and adapt.
That insight became LCMT—a movement education system that brings together science, play, and human connection to help people move, learn, and grow.
